Last weekend was a tale of two balconies as we had Blee up to see ours (on Friday night) and then headed down to see hers (on Saturday night). Dinners, of course, were involved … as were desserts. G made very lovely strawberry cream muffins while Blee countered with strawberry affogato.

… on a completely different note, G came home last week with a set of food rings for us to play with.

… and after a month of coordinating, my mom was in from London last week and we had a smashing, if belated, time celebrating Mother’s Day that included an artsy tour of the Art Gallery of Ontario and a great – if noisy – lunch at Frank.
