On Saturday night, Blee hosted a Tuscan Night Dinner at her condo to celebrate Easter, Spring and the goodness that is Italian food. The dinner was outstanding as Blee dished out course-after-course of primo fare, italian style.
3) guests J & M anxiously await the next course
4) appetizer: pear and truffle-infused pecorino (OMG!)
5) the pasta course: Penne Bolognese
5) M & G stare as Blee unveils the wonder buried in the salt
6) salt-encrusted bass; 7) the fish course: moister-than-moist salt-encrusted bass with grilled veggies
8 & 9) the meat course: marinated lamb with polenta
10) dessert of nutella cookies (home made) and; 11) tiramisu
12) expresso to finish the meal; of course!
13) the poor dead soldiers who gave up their wonderful contents to add joy to our Tuscan Dinner
