As I said to Love_Eternal_Desire, I don’t mind lists; they are sort of like the trash tv of xangadom and as I’ve given up trash TV for Lent, I gotta do something and this list it shall be. I shall happily do one and two but will forgo three and four.
The title ’10 Things You Look For in Your Partner’ assumes you have a partner, which granted, I do. However, I think what the list is actually asking for is this: Name 10 Things You Look For in Your IDEAL (or Perfect) Partner. This may naturally differ from the partner you presently have, and is not a reflection on him/her (G, please note this distinction as you read this list).

As you see there is some overlap which is interesting. But what is most fascinating is this: often what you think you need in an ‘ideal’ partner and what you actually need (once you’ve found them) is different.
COC Prop: Part 3
In my continuing adventures with my COC Prop, I am happy to report last night in rehearsals for Act 2, I was reunited with my 12-foot long, hard, erect COC Prop spear! Yay me! This scene has Norma confronting Pollione in the Temple and we get to carry around our COC Props on stage for what must be 15 minutes. That’s a long time to have your COC Prop in your hand, lemme tell you!

how very true, that what you think are the “ideal” traits and what you actually want or need in a partner can be quite different. i guess, then, that you wouldn’t be able to really come up with a good list unless you have lots of experience in dating a bunch of different people, and even then i’m sure you’d find exceptions and make changes.
Hmmm…Elijah Wood doesn’t look like a 12 year old boy in that pic…pretty good.
