At 1:00pm today, G and I walked over to the condo and picked up our keys! As per custom, I carried G across the threshold, awkwardly yes, as both our hands were full. Being inside and having the keys after three and a half years is utterly surreal.
Our first dinner was a quintessentially Canadian one:
- lobster bisque (in a can, no less!);
- a salad of fresh Ontario greens from our foodshare which I picked up this afternoon;
- Kraft Dinner, bien sur; and,
- a bottle of Lanson Champagne.
Next adventure is ‘the move’ come Monday.

Congratulations. Is “Kraft Dinner” the euphamism for what used to be Kraft Macaroni and Cheese? Does this mean they have processed it to the point where they can no longer claim that it is macaroni and cheese?
