On Thursday the beaujolais nouveau wines for 2009 hit the LCBO stores. While a rank marketing ploy (that’s worked) and while pretty dull wine, it still affords an excuse for a Saturday night “Bo-Jolly-New-Voh” tasting and charcuterie cocktail party.
3) the charcuterie; 4) a bottle of the Mommessin, circa a week ago
… But too much mediocre wine requires Sunday afternoon cleansing. Today in the form of a spur-of-the-moment Afternoon Tea luncheon.
