Yesterday morning, I took a walk by the construction site and lo and behold … demolition has started. OMG, how exciting! See:

The new condo is underway … I was bemoaning back on January 18th that nothing was happening and now, in a blink of an eye, demolition. And all I could think was: OMG, SAVE MONEY! Fifteen months and several hundreds of thousands of dollars more, and G and I will be redecorating …. again!
