I have to admit G was very good whilst away in China and exercised brilliant restraint in his purchases. His buys were well thoughtout (considering the travelling involved) and, as a recipient of gifts, great choices! Here’s a short gallery of some of the China buys.

1) Silk: pillow covers, scarfs, placemats; 2) CHAMPAGNE; 3) La Grande Dame, 1996, said to be “Champagnes of momumetal structure, high in alcohol and acidity, real keepers” according to the bible of wines: Hugh Johnson’s Pocket Wine Book, 2007

4) the gorgeous, soft as a baby’s bottom silk scarf; 5) Prada purse for my sister; 6) inlaid chopsticks and a bone spoon for our caviar

7 & 8) G’s Philippe Patak watch (sigh); 9) the LV digital camera case
10) bottom-to-top: Armani manpurse, Mao! handbag and the (sigh) gorgeous Gucci tote bag (I’m gonna look so hot travelling with this!)
Thanks G!
OMG i want that Mao bag!!!
Oh my… very, very nice! But no souvenier tshirts? hee hee…
I wonder how much he spent…and how much those items would cost if it wasn’t bought over there
WOW, it looks like you guys broke the bank!
Wow! You got so much good stuff!Anyways…since it was loading slow…I thought the top of the champagne bottle was…a dildo o_O
You are sooooooooo spoiled by G. I love all those gifts.
RYC: I used to get paid to tell people what to do, too.
wow… i’m not big on brand names but i have to admit that’s very impressive.
I’m SOOOOOOOOOO JEALOUS!!!!!!!!! enjoy your items!
I’m sooo jealous! It’s always nice to wallow in material goods once in a while…the LV camera case better be carrying a nice camera in it!
