Summerlicious is in full swing now and as is our yearly custom, we headed off to Edo to enjoy some kobe beef. On the menu this year was:

  • Amuse Bouche

  • Wanko Soba: Summer introduction with cold Soba noodles

  • Kamo Kinoko Salada Yuzu: Warm duck-leg confit with shiitake mushrooms and green salad yuzu (Japanese lime) dressing;

  • Special Summerlicious Sushi Course; and,

  • Wagyu Menchi Katsu Kaaree: gourmet panko-breaded Kobe Beef cutlet, potato gratin and Chef Ryo’s Japanese curry sauce
