1) the new madeleine pan
Madeleines are a delightful cross between a cookie and a cake. Their history is associated with the little French
town of Commercy, but whether they were actually invented there or not … well … consult your Larousse and make your own mind up.
G tried his hand at making these over the weekend and was VERY successful These were lemon madeleines. made in our new madeleine pan.

2) butter, but of course; 3) eggs and a wee bit of cream

4) mix well and; 5) add lemon zest
I bought a whole box of madelines from Costco. But I’m pretty sure your batch are tastier!
Oh wow… they look very good.
