The “Random Light” is manufactured by the avant-garde Dutch firm Moooi.
Designed by Bertjam Pot, G and I have been coveting one for too many years to count and today – (sigh) – we are the proud owners of an 80cm version that I picked up this afternoon from Klaus by Nienkamper. The light now graces the dining room. It’s currently taped (yes taped) in place as we want to decide the perfect height for it, and I still have to cut the cord to make it hang right.
We are accepting cash donation contributions to the Moooi fund from friends and family alike.

Hmm… maybe it is just the angle of the picture but it feels like it should be a few inches lower.
