Where’s Brent & G …

Alright folks, a wee game … from the pictures can you guess some of the places Brent and G spent their long weekend? … (granted, this game is easier for those xangsters living in Toronto).

The prize?…. hmmmm, how about a jar of B&G’s famous homemade blueberry jam?! I’m way too cheap to fork out for a lunch or xanga premium. Secretly, I’m hoping onetonman wins as he’ll never show face to claim his prize hehe

1) shopped here in the afternoon then 2) had dinner there too before going 3) here to see “The Devil Wears Prada”

4, 5 & 6) we shopped here first thing in the morning

7) then checked in to our room here so we could 8) drink Pina Coladas and Margaritas here, and 9) admire the view of this place from our room on the 40th floor …

10 & 11) and the view of this famous landmark from our room both in daylight and at night

12 & 13) we wandered here as the Jazz festival was on and watched this guy practice ‘street art’

14 & 15) As Club guests we got to chill way up on the 43rd floor Lounge for hors d’oevures and drinks and admire the the view on the south side

16) on the way to dinner, we passed here (one of my favourite and funky buildings in the city)

17 & 18) we headed north to this strange place to shop then headed to (easy one) 19 ) here for more shopping …

20) and here for [yet more] shopping [NOTE: this place, a hallmark of gay shopping in Toronto, is closing!!!!!]; 21) we returned home and opened the Lanson while preparing 22) these [bought the day before at picutre No. 4] … more on cooking these later

23 & 24 ) dinner was al fresco with Blee and entertainment was 25) “Model Super Model” courtesy of willariah

26) cycled miles and miles past these; and 27) this park and, 28) stopped to pick Gio’s nose on this street before lunching at the Tulip

Don’t tell me you were able to take pictures in Ikea… Didn’t they ban photography? :)I also saw the Devil Wears Prada. The same place on Friday. Hmmm, same theatre? Mine was the last show. It was sooo packed.

hmm… nope, i can’t name any of those places, having never stepped foot in toronto before. i do recall seeing 16 on somebody else’s xanga (i think it was onetonman’s), though. and i know what those delicious goodies are in 22, if that counts for anything!

Hmmm…. I never tried blueberry jam. But why do I feel like I’m being set up? heh heh… can I wear a mask to claim my prize?

  8. i like how you put street art in quotes. btw, i’m very curious as to the photos of food. i always see ppl’s xangas filled with pictures of the food that they’ve eaten at restaurants and i’m curious to know if you guys all go “WAIT HOLD ON I NEED TO GET OUT MY CAMERA” when the waiter/waitress places the dish on the table. i never quite understood that and i’ve also never seen it done at restaurants.
